Three or Four day Day Full Forklift License Course

Aim

To develop a thorough understanding of the safety requirements, operating procedures and
Principles involved in Fork Lift Truck operations.

Designed For

► People wanting to be trained to safely operate a fork lift and be tested for competency
in accordance with the National Competency Standards.
► People who have no experience driving a forklift
Minimum age of 18 years to start course. Must have 100 Points of ID for WorkCover National
Certificate of Competency (NCOC) application.
Three (3) days - 9 am to 3.00 pm.


Minimum four (4) participants, a maximum of eight (8) participants per course.

Work Cover Requirements

Individuals issued a Notice of Satisfactory Assessment (NSA) from a WorkCover accredited
assessor on or after 4 September 2006 must lodge their application at any Australia Post
Bank@Post outlet in NSW or the ACT.

You must take to the Post Office (the following):

► National Certificate of Competency (license) – New application form (N1)
► NSA issued within the previous 60 days
► Evidence of identity documentation (originals only) that total at least 100 points, as
specified on the application form
► Passport-size, quality, colour photograph with your name and date of birth printed
on the back
► All NSW-issued NCOC cards held in your name or a letter of authority from
WorkCover if your NCOC cards are lost, stolen, damaged or in a previous name.
► Application fee – $65 per class of license
